Privacy Policy
Fence installation and repair in Lansing and Ingham County: vinyl, chain link, wood, aluminum and pool enclosures.
This policy explains what happens to the details you give Lansing Capital Fence, whether you phone the number on this site or fill in the request form.
What we collect
The form sends us whatever you type into it. Your name and phone number are required. Email, town, the service you pick and the description of your fence are optional.
A phone call leaves a record of the number you called from, the date, the time, how long the call lasted and the general area the number is registered to. Calls are recorded, and you hear a short notice saying so before the call connects. If nobody answers and you leave a voicemail, that is recorded as well.
How we use it
Your details are used to call you back about the fence and arrange a visit to measure. We also count calls and form requests to see how well the site works. Your information is never sold, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who sees it
Your request, your call and any voicemail go to the fence company that takes on the job, so it can contact you and price the work.
Some outside providers run the systems behind this site. Twilio carries the phone calls and stores the recordings. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps the form requests. Telegram sends us an alert for each new request or voicemail so we can reply quickly. None of them is allowed to use your information for its own purposes.
Analytics, maps and cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views as totals only. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites. The site carries no advertising code.
Pages about the towns we work in show a map of that town from Google Maps. The map loads only once you scroll down to it. At that point Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Call records, recordings and form requests are kept only as long as they help us follow up on your fence and keep our records accurate. If you ask us to delete them, we will.
Your choices
To find out what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call the number on this site or use the request form and say so in the message. We will tell you once it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date below.

Tell us the job, get a number back
Say what the fence has to do, which part of the yard it runs through and roughly how long it is. Expect a call with a ballpark figure, and the two or three things that would move it, like a corner lot, a second gate or old posts set in concrete.
